Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact returns@stoneslabstore.com to submit your return request. Requests can take 15 days or more to be processed and deemed accepted or denied. Please submit the reason/description for your return request and the requested amount of the return. Please include ALL invoice numbers and invoice dates in the email.

Overview

Stone Slab Store refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be delivered to our location at buyers expense. All delivered products must have a picture of proof that the product is in the possession of the buyer requesting the refund ie: picture of product with the buyer requesting the refund.

Several types of conditions are exempt from being returned. Damaged material, cut or fabricated material cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are unable to confirm that the returned product is the product purchased from Stone Slab Store.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Any return after 30 days of purchase
  • Clearance products
  • Credit line or container bulk purchase items
  • Any SPO invoice and/or material

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your material to the manufacturer. (Engineered stone products only)

THE CONSUMER AND/OR CONTRACTOR/DEALER IS/ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE CORRECTNESS OF ALL SUPPLIED MATERIALS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION (INSTALLATION and/or DELIVERY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE)

-Natural stone varies in color and texture due to its geological composition. -All materials must be inspected by the buyer before or upon receipt of merchandise. -All materials are sold AS IS with no written or implied warranties. -We are not responsible for damages to the materials once it leaves our premises. -Returns and exchanges will be accepted by approval only . not returns after 30 days. Manager must approve return or exchange. A 30% restocking / handling fee WILL be applied to any return or exchange. No partial returns on any tile, natural stone or special orders. SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS ARE NON-CANCELABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Materials with Azerocare can NOT be returned after loading from TCC STONE SUPPLY Warehouse. Material that was changed finish can NOT be returned or refundable. Buyer agrees that TCC Development California courts have venue. Prior to signing your name on this order/invoice as proof of receipt, you the buyer, must read the terms and conditions, as your signature indicates your understanding and acknowledgment of the terms and conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective in nature. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@stoneslabstore.com and send your item to: address provided in the returns approval email.

Cancellations

Cancellations constitute any material that is paid for and requested by the buyer to be refunded and/or refusal to accept and/or pickup for any reason. Cancelation Returns that are past the Grace Period of thirty-days (30) days will be applied as a Stone Slab Store /TCC Development IN-STORE credit. IN-STORE credits will last a period of twenty-four (24) months from issue date before they expire. Cancellation/Returns that are requested past the return Grace Period will also be subject to 30% Restocking Fee and/or other additional fees.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: address provided in the returns approval email and/or phone call.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
